(01) What if I order a Kreller credit report and it comes back with no information? Will I be charged?
Kreller Credit does not produce “no-hit” reports. Because we conduct a fresh, boots-on-the-ground investigation for every order, we personally verify each piece of information you provide and report back on what we find locally. For example, we confirm what is located at the given address, what happens when we call the provided phone number, whether the company is properly registered to do business, what relevant legal records show, and more. If the information provided by your client turns out to be incorrect, we allow you to submit one additional set of data for us to re-investigate at no extra charge.
(02)Are the financials in a Kreller credit report listed in U.S. currency or in the subject company’s local currency?
Kreller Credit reports all financial figures in the subject company’s local currency to ensure accuracy and consistency over time, even as exchange rates fluctuate. However, we also include the conversion rate to USD as of the report’s delivery date for your reference.
(03) If Kreller conducts an in-country investigation for every report, how long does it take to receive the results?
Kreller offers three delivery options to meet your timeline:
- Normal Service – 8–12 working days
- Express Service – 5–7 working days
- Super Express Service – 2–4 working days
(04) If I order a Super Express Kreller report, will I receive less information than with Normal Service?
No. Every Kreller report includes a full, comprehensive investigation regardless of the delivery speed. The service level only determines your position in the reporter’s workflow—not the depth or quality of the information provided.
(05) When Kreller conducts a direct interview with the subject company, will they be told that my company requested the report?
Kreller will only disclose your company name during the interview if you provide explicit permission. We understand that business relationships vary—customers, competitors, debtors, and distributors—and we respect the sensitivity of each situation. If you do not grant permission, our reporters approach the interview neutrally, simply stating that they are preparing a credit report on the subject company.
(06) How often does a Kreller credit report have financials?
Publicly traded companies are required to publish their financial statements, so credit reports on these firms will always include financial figures. Privately held companies, however, are not required to file financial statements. The only way to obtain them is by requesting them directly from the company. During our live interviews, Kreller always requests financial statements. If the subject company declines to provide full statements, we then request key financial highlights to ensure the report includes as much reliable data as possible.
(07) Do I need a contract to order a Kreller credit report?
No. You can order Kreller credit reports on a pay-as-you-go basis and purchase them whenever you need. Kreller also offers volume-discounted pricing through prepaid accounts, starting as low as $2,000
(08) How do I place an order with Kreller Credit?
Kreller can set customers up on our ordering portal, adding as many users to the account as you wish. We also have an order form that can be sent via email.
(09) In which regions is Kreller Credit recognized for its expertise?
Kreller Credit is widely recognized for providing high-quality intelligence on privately held companies across Mexico, Central and South America, and the Asia-Pacific region, according to customer feedback.
(10) What Sets Kreller Credit Apart
Kreller Credit distinguishes itself through exceptional service and clear, responsive communication. Your dedicated representative is readily available to answer questions regarding an ongoing investigation, guide you through a report via a Teams call, or connect directly with the in-country reporter who prepared your report to address any inquiries. Kreller Credit reports can also be customized—at no additional cost—to address specific credit concerns, such as verifying a company’s capacity to manage the dollar exposure under consideration. Rather than offering generic, “one-size-fits-all” reports, Kreller Credit delivers tailored intelligence designed to provide the insights our clients need.
